Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 King's Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 pound Deli-Sliced Roasted Turkey or Chicken Breast
  • 810 slices Crispy Cooked Bacon
  • 810 slices Sliced Cheese (Swiss, Provolone, Cheddar, or Monterey Jack)
  • Thinly Sliced Tomatoes
  • Crisp Lettuce (Romaine, Butter Lettuce, or Green Leaf Lettuce)
  • Mayonnaise or Club Dressing
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Dried Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Non-alcoholic Worcestershire Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the Hawaiian sweet rolls horizontally through the middle, keeping the top and bottom halves intact. Place the bottom half in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Spread about half of your mayonnaise or club dressing mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
  3. Layer the thinly sliced deli turkey evenly over the mayonnaise, followed by the crispy cooked bacon bits and a single layer of cheese slices.
  4. Place the thinly sliced tomatoes over the cheese. Pat them dry with a paper towel if they are very juicy.
  5. Spread the remaining mayonnaise or club dressing on the underside of the top half of the rolls and place it back onto the assembled slider base.
  6. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter and stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add Worcestershire sauce if using.
  7. Brush the entire top of the sliders with the seasoned butter mixture and cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for another 8-12 minutes until the tops are golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let the sliders cool for 2-3 minutes, then add fresh lettuce leaves over the warm fillings, replace the top half, slice into individual sliders, and serve immediately.
