This Beef Hamburger Sausage Beef Pepperoni Pie is a flavor explosion wrapped in a golden crust, perfect for any occasion. With hearty beef, savory sausage, and zesty pepperoni, it’s sure to impress your guests and satisfy your cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 pound beef sausage
  • 1 cup sliced beef pepperoni
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pie crust
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef and 1 pound of beef sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of sliced beef pepperoni and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pepperoni is slightly crispy.
  4. If using vegetables, add 1 cup of diced onions and bell peppers to the skillet and cook until softened, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to taste, mix well, and remove from heat.
  6. Roll out your pie crust and place it in a pie dish, pressing it down to fit.
  7. Pour the meat mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly, and top with 1-2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. If desired, roll out a second pie crust and place it over the cheese, cutting slits for steam to escape.
  9. Place the pie in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Let the pie cool for about 10 minutes before slicing to set the filling.
