Instructions

  1. Start by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  2. While the pasta cools, place the eggs in a pot and cover them with cold water. Bring to a boil, cover, and remove from heat. Let them sit for 12-15 minutes. Once done, cool them in ice water, peel, and chop them into small pieces.
