- 2 packages (12-14 ounces each) Little Smokies (All-Beef)
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- Optional: pinch of Cayenne Pepper
- Optional: sprinkle of Smoked Paprika
- Cocktail Skewers (4-6 inches long)
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes.
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place an oven-safe wire rack on top.
- Cut each strip of beef bacon in half or thirds, depending on desired skewer size.
- Wrap a piece of beef bacon around each little smokie, securing it tightly.
- Thread 3-4 bacon-wrapped little smokies onto each cocktail skewer and arrange them on the prepared wire rack.
