Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced beef ham
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese slices
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take your package of Hawaiian sweet rolls and carefully slice the entire block of rolls horizontally, separating the top half from the bottom half. Place the bottom half of the rolls directly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Evenly arrange half of your thinly sliced beef ham over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer all of your Swiss cheese slices over the beef ham, overlapping them slightly. Top the cheese with the remaining half of the beef ham. Gently place the top half of the Hawaiian rolls back on top.
  4. In a small microwave-safe bowl or a small saucepan over low heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, whisk in the honey, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, and poppy seeds until well combined and smooth.
  5. Carefully pour the honey butter glaze evenly over the top of the assembled sliders. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. After 15 minutes, remove the foil from the baking dish and return the uncovered dish to the oven. Bake for another 5-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is thoroughly melted and bubbly. Let the sliders rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm.
