Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the 2 large eggs, 1 cup of whole milk, and 1/2 cup of cooled melted butter until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just mixed.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula. Optionally, sprinkle some cinnamon sugar on top before baking.
